Seven of he West Shore crew over for NEs but too windy for me to kite so rigged 78l/4,7m windsurfer. Quite a few wasit high waves to start with and rode backside - very nice. Tripped on front a coupe of times until I timed top turns better. Smooth between waves, and improved gybes during session by flipping earlier. Size of waves gradually decreased, but still rideable, so seems in NE mid-tide is best. Wind eventually eased so packed up after hour and half
